“Dive into Grace” is a special title for a special invitation for “YOU.”
It’s a journey that you will embark on for “46 days” beginning on Tuesday, July 1st and ending on the Feast of the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary on August 15th, 2025.
Before explaining what this is all about or why I have chosen to write an unplanned blog for Father’s Day and the Feast Day of the Blessed Trinity, I need to go back almost 8 years ago. It’s a little bit of history that goes back to another year in July. . .one being “2017” and meeting “Christine Watkins.”
Fields of Flowers with Mother MaryI still remember the day so clearly. It was July 4, 2017 and I was down in the den at the computer watching a segment from Marytv. Cathy and Denis Nolan had a guest speaker giving her witness. It was “Christine Watkins” whom I had never heard of before. She was sharing her amazing story of her conversion and I found myself riveted to the computer screen.
Christine would then take the viewers into a guided meditation. I was very familiar with this form of prayer since I had worked many years at a Jesuit Retreat House. Guided meditations are a way to place yourself “present” to a particular scripture passage. In this case, Christine was the guide leading us through pastures of beautiful flowers and greenery. We would be traveling to Mother Mary’s front porch.
Listening to see as I walked along, I could see ahead a little house with a porch and a two-seated swing on it. A woman came out of the front door and beckoned me to come upon the porch and be seated with her. I found myself upon the porch seated next to “Her.” She wrapped Her Mantle around me and complete peace flooded my inner being. I will never forget that “guided meditation” given by Christine Watkins.
It was so very real that I found myself rocking on a hard-backed chair at my computer drinking in salt water from the tears that spilled out from my eyes.
I was so taken with Christine’s conversion story and her guided meditation. I wanted to share this experience I had with friends and family. Somehow, I was able to contact Christine directly through email that July 4th weekend. It could only have been the “wings of the Holy Spirit” that made this meeting possible.
She shared with me how she was planning to “birth”” Queen of Peace Media that coming October on the Feast of the Holy Rosary. She needed bloggers and through our conversations, she knew I had experience in writing. I was invited into the “realm” of sharing words and personal experiences of my faith.
Situations seemed to explode and “diving into grace” seemed to be a “wake-up” call. Something was happening and it all began from that guided meditation by Christine.
The image pictured above of Our Lady of Fatima – is a Legion of Mary Pilgrim statue that visits parishioners from St. Thomas the Apostle Church. She came on a visit to my home on June 28, 2018. Somehow, Mother Mary impressed upon my heart that She was coming as Mother and Sister and not as Queen. She wanted to adorn us with Her Mantle! We accepted Her loving invitation and 90 of us throughout the summer of 2018 were adorned not only wearing Her Mantle but were immersed in Her Love, Peace and Grace.
Looking back on it….it was Her loving protection before Covid would arrive and other horrors that we had never experienced before.
Truly She is our Mother!
When 2019 arrived, Christine released the book as pictured above. It was “Mary’s Mantle Consecration!” Our prayer group was blown away by this – especially since we had just been directed to “wear” Mother Mary’s Mantle the summer before.
Now, through Christine, we were being given a “guidebook” and a “journal” to record our thoughts and journey of acquiring virtues. The book is described as a Spiritual Retreat for Heaven’s Help and was it!!!!!
We embarked on this journey on May 13, 2019 with both books in hand as “flashlights in the dark” to help us “dive into the graces.”
There were 46 of us and each of us received a “star” – a virtue to work on. We fasted, prayed the rosary and united in our intentions for each other, our families and the world. It was beyond “grace-filled.” The “46th” day ended on a Thursday. Taking everyone’s schedule into mind and wanting to be together, we postponed our Consecration day to commence on Friday, June 28th. It just happened to be the Feast of the Sacred Heart! Another “dive into grace.”
I would like to give you a little preview of the history of the Consecration and have included an excerpt here for your information.

“The journey of 46 days leads back to the days in Mexico called, “El Manto de Maria,” which began in small barrios where no one was unknown and everyone had faith. Faithful people, poor, humble, and in love with Our Lady, would invite 46 individuals and families to participate in praying the Rosary in each other’s homes. They chose 46 because that is the number of stars on the cloak, or mantle, of the supernatural image of Our Lady of Guadalupe. A woman of the barrio would sew Mary’s mantle from a piece of green cloth and cut out 46 stars from gold fabric.”
Those who accepted the invitation gathered at the first home in the evening carrying the cloth mantle, the stars and an image of Our Lady of Guadalupe. All present prayed a Rosary and the resident family or individual attached the first gold star to Mary’s Green Mantle. The mantle was then draped lovingly over the members of the household, who knelt before an image of Our Lady, offering their lives to her. On day two – the mantle travelled to the next household. This would start on the Feast Day of October 28th – St Jude and end on the 46th day – December 12th – the Feast Day of Our Lady of Guadalupe.”
Nothing is coincidence and so this past Thursday, June 12th was a special day for me. The above “partial image” is of an exquisite framed picture of Our Lady of Guadalupe. I originally walked right by “Her” with eyes fixed elsewhere. As I began to walk towards the door to leave – the sweet woman who works in this particular place asked me a question – “Don’t you like Her?” “Who?” I asked! She pointed upward! Yes, I had walked right by Her….but I knew that was why I even walked through that front door. Our Lady of Guadalupe – on a special birthday was coming home with me. I was thrilled to have Her come through the front door. . .and was happy! However, the next day – everything came together. I understood clearly why She rode home with me on June 12th, 2025. . .a day that war would break out in other parts of our world.
On Friday, June 13th, I would receive something from Queen of Peace in my inbox. It was from Christine with an invitation to join Doug Barry and Fr. Richard Heilman from the US Grace Force in praying “Mary’s Mantle Consecration.” Everything seemed to be fitting together with the arrival of the stunning image of Our Lady of Guadalupe – only the day before.
We see the signs don’t we? Pope Leo XIV being elected not only on the Feast Day of St. Michael but also on the Feast Day of Our Lady of Pompeii.
Our Lady of Pompeii was made known by Blessed Bartolo Longo who will be canonized this October 19th as a Saint. In Pompeii, Our Lady came among the ruins and restored the “Faith” once again to a land that was ravaged to nothing. It was through Her Holy Rosary that the miraculous happened especially through the recitation of 3 – 9 day Rosary Novenas in Petition and then 3 – 9 day Rosary Novenas in Thanksgiving. Pope Leo XIV, newly elected, made mention of Our Lady of Pompeii and the Supplication as he stood out on the balcony on May 8th, 2025.
Now Our Lady of Guadalupe is coming once again to “lands ravaged” throughout the world to restore the “True Faith” once again! To give back what was taken from us in these last couple of years especially in the United States. Let us pray for Pope Leo XIV, for world peace and for our own intentions with “Mary’s Mantle Consecration.”

Our Blessed Mother wants this “Consecration” for Her children as much as we want it for ourselves and our families.
Let us give Her our Fiats. Let us give the world our Fiats. Let us give our families and communities our Fiats. Jesus told us we can move mountains by our Faith didn’t He? Don’t walk past Her like I first did in the store. Hear Her knocking and let Her in! She wants to sit with you – and to drape Her Mantle around you. She wants you to pray with Her!
In my go-to book – He and I……Jesus asks Gabrielle the following question:
“Don’t you believe that when you pray I listen to you and that I love you?
Pray believing and loving.
Adore and give thanks.
Humbly adore, trustfully adore, with faith in Me, the all-powerful One.
Adore while you are loving Me.”
Jesus tells us the following when Gabrielle was thinking of the ugliness of humanity . .
“I love you all the same, just as you are.”
Serve
Serve others.
My mother said, “I am the servant.”
LET US BE SERVANTS THEN AND PRAY THIS CONSECRATION UNITED TOGETHER.
ROSES WILL FALL OUT FROM HER MANTLE – ON US – ON OUR FAMILIES AND ON THE WORLD.
