How to Bring Mary’s Mantle to Your Parish or Group

Thank you for answering Our Lady’s call to bring Mary’s Mantle Consecration to more souls. This beautiful, grace-filled individual retreat brings spiritual renewal to individuals, families, and entire parishes. You are helping fulfill a heavenly request, and we are here to support you every step of the way.

Your Mission

To invite pastors, parish communities, prayer groups, etc. to offer the 46-day Mary’s Mantle Consecration Retreat, which includes:

• Daily Rosary
• Meditation on a virtue or Gift of the Holy Spirit
• Optional Journal
• Weekly videos
• Confession
• Fasting
• Consecration to Our Lady

STEP 1: Prepare Spiritually and Practically

1. Pray – Ask the Holy Spirit to guide your efforts.
2. Discern which parishes or Catholic groups might be receptive.
3. Research parishes in your area (check websites, ask friends).

STEP 2: Contact Queen of Peace Media for Resources

If called to promote Mary’s Mantle Consecration, email orders@queenofpeacemedia.com for additional resources to share with the pastor/group leader.

STEP 3: Set Up a Meeting with the Pastor/Group Leader

Call or email the parish office to request a 20 minute meeting. You can say:

“Hello, I’d like to schedule a brief meeting with Fr. [Name] to share a powerful Marian Consecration program called Mary’s Mantle Consecration. It’s popular among pastors and parishes, transforming souls across the country, and requires little to no work from the pastor himself.”

STEP 4: Meet With the Pastor

Bring your Mary’s Mantle Resources to the meeting. Be respectful, joyful, and brief. Bring a portable laptop if possible to share www.MarysMantleConsecration.com and the testimonial video below.

As you guide the pastor through the Press Release, remember these key talking points:

• The consecration is an individual retreat, done at home through daily emails sent out by the coordinator. With optional gatherings for weekly video viewing and reflection questions.
• The pastor only needs to:
  • Approve the program
  • Appoint a coordinator
  • Announce the retreat from the pulpit or bulletin
• The parish coordinator will manage all logistics.
• All participants will be praying daily Rosaries and fasting for an intention the pastor chooses!
• There is an optional weekly video component (on YouTube), with discussion guides available.

STEP 5: If the Pastor Says Yes

1. Leave the materials with him.
2. Schedule a follow-up meeting in 2 weeks.
3. Ask him to:
   • Choose a start date (preferably ending on a Marian feast day)
   • Assign a parish coordinator

At the follow-up meeting:

• Make sure the coordinator attends
• Confirm they’ve reviewed the online materials: www.MarysMantleConsecration.com
• Be available to answer questions or connect them with our team at orders@queenofpeacemedia.com

STEP 5: If the Pastor Declines

• Thank him sincerely for his time
• Ask if he can recommend another parish or group that may be interested
• Reclaim your materials if not being used
• Remain joyful—you are planting seeds, and Our Lady will do the rest!
