My God! My God! How Great You Are!
Aren’t these beautiful words and full of such meaning! Just look above at that glorious sky proclaiming the wonder and beauty of the Father’s creation for us! I will never forget taking that picture – the cloud formation was one of “golden light” and the “dazzling glow” rested on our faces as our eyes were fixed above. A moment in time – a snapshot to remember!
However, every single day we are given gift upon gift that is free for the taking. We don’t have to pay monies for it – all we need do is look up or look around.

Sing a New Song
This image was taken many years ago in our garden. A little sparrow decided to rest with us and sang the whole time he visited. It was one of those moments that I will not soon forget. Neither was this morning! However, it set my fingers to the keyboard right now to get this blog out.
You see, the “birds” were up praising and singing (at 4:00 a.m.) a new song for a new day. They did their own “Holy Hour” just chirping away and answering each other from one tree branch to another. There was no going back to sleep but honestly to enjoy it! This “love song” went on for exactly an hour. At 5:00 a.m. – dead silence! I went back to our bed. However, let’s take look at what time Jesus was up “praising the Father.”

Long Before Dawn
We read in Mark’s Gospel – Chapter 1:35 – the following:
“In the morning, long before dawn, he got up and left the house, and went off to a lonely place and prayed there.”
Jesus had many a conversation with the “Father” and it was important for Him to start His day off in that way. I cannot fathom what was spoken but I like to think it was one of a “heart to heart.” There is also a beautiful saying as well – “eyelash to eyelash!”
How wonderful to give that “first hour” to God like the birds do…..and possibly our last hour before retiring for the night – giving “Thanksgiving and Love” to God Our Father.
It seems the birds in their singing a new song were loving and thanking their Creator with all their being.
We, too, are being called to do the same! Read on…….

Homework and Tasks
What is this about? Well, right now in Medugorje and throughout the world – we are on the “6th” Day of a Novena that began on June 15th and will end on June 24th. It is in preparation for the 45th anniversary of Our Blessed Mother – Queen of Peace – appearing to the visionaries since 1981.
Marytv – Cathy and Denis Nolan are live streaming this sacred time of prayer for the world to join in. The apparition occurs in the evening at 10:00 p.m. with the Rosary and singing with the heart as we all await the arrival of the Gospa to Marija – one of the visionaries.
Every night, Marija receives a task to assign to us that the Blessed Mother invites us to follow.
On June 20th, Marija shared – “Our Lady didn’t give us a task tonight like she did before.”
However, Cathy Nolan asked if Marija had any words to say? And she said:
LOVE GOD, AND GLORIFY GOD WITH YOUR HEARTS

Loving God
I love images and the saying that a “picture” is worth a thousand words! The one above certainly is! It looks like the perfect “Father’s Day” card for the “Father” of us all. I had to laugh when pulling this picture up because I should have nestled there in the “Father’s Lap” earlier this morning during the “chirping of the birds.”
Our Blessed Mother consistently tells us to “return to God”…..”to love God”……”to have God first in our lives.”
The Blessed Virgin Mary told us on June 19th during the novena apparition the following:
“She told us that our life here on Earth is temporary and that we need to leave a trail of our presence. That we direct our thoughts towards and prepare for eternal life.”

Gazing Upwards with Jesus and Mary
Yes…this image shows it all! Hands extended outwards – inviting all of us to take up our “rosary beads” and pray, pray, pray. Our Blessed Mother intercedes for us with “eyes” cast upwards. It is the “action” of the picture that speaks volumes. It’s a beautiful task or homework assignment – isn’t it?
At the end of tonight’s apparition – June 21, 2026 – Our Lady said that we should spend the next 3 days thinking and praying and giving thanks to God and fasting.
For this coming Monday, June 22nd – Tuesday, June 23rd – Wednesday – June 24th – we are all invited to “give thanks to God for everything that God is giving us through the Blessed Mother.

Heavenly Bound
Our Blessed Mother wants to get us all to Heaven! We are all “Her Children!”
I would like to repeat what she gave us the other night for homework:
“She told us that our life here on Earth is temporary
and that we need to leave a trail of our presence.
That we direct our thoughts towards and prepare for eternal life.”
One way for us to do that is pictured below…..”no words necessary!”
